Get-Tech is run by its two founders. Every search is handled by one of us from brief to offer, so you are never passed to a delivery team you have not met.
Co-founder
Thomas has several years of recruiting experience, principally across the Nordics, the UK and the US, working in sectors from SaaS through to Education and with businesses of varying sizes and growth stages. While his focus is Software Engineering, he has also recruited across Product, Consulting and Data.
Co-founder
Ryan has a decade of recruiting experience, predominantly in the Nordic region, while also managing a bank of US clients throughout that time. His main specialism is Software Engineering hiring at every level, from CTOs through to junior engineers, across startups, scaleups and enterprise businesses. Alongside this, he has been responsible for a range of hires across AI & Data, and Product & Design.
